The cooperative Annual Meeting

One to One meetings are the key to the building and strengthening of relationships between members. Such meetings put you in a position to learn more about an individual in 20 minutes than months of emails or phone calls ever could.

Personal relationships are the primary driving force behind increased competition in business markets and endless methods to sell products and services.

The power of personal networking propels a significant amount of business deals locally, nationally and internationally and continues to be the main driving force in closing deals.

Preparation for One to One meetings

In order for everyone to get the most out of each meeting, all delegates should have the following with them:

1. Business cards (minimum 200)
2. Company brochures (30-35)
3. Information regarding the services you offer and where you operate (perhaps in an electronic presentation)
4. Statistics about your company. E.g. Number of shipments from/to

Annual Meeting

In addition to the above, each delegate should do his/her homework about the agent he/she is having the meeting with.

    Why are you having the meeting?
    What do you want to know about them?
    What do you think they will want to know about you?

Following the above steps will ensure that each meeting is profitable for both parties.

The One to One Meeting Scheduler will open a few weeks before the event. We will remind all delegates of this date and the closing date of the scheduler, nearer the time.
